Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Receptionist at Hydra Skin Clinic located in SM Aura Premier Mall, Fort Bonifacio, Taguig. The Receptionist will be responsible for greeting and assisting clients, handling phone and social media inquiries, scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and performing clerical duties. The role requires excellent customer service skills, maintaining the reception area, and ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for all clients.
