Job Description:

This is a full-time on-site role as a Receptionist. The role involves managing front desk operations, handling calls, organizing schedules, and maintaining records. The Receptionist will also provide minimal support in HR and accounting tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.

Qualifications:

  • 2–3 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and office software
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
  • Background in HR or basic accounting is an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
