The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for guests and visitors, providing a professional and welcoming environment.

  • Greet and welcome guests, clients, and visitors courteously and professionally.
  • Answer, screen, and direct phone calls promptly and accurately.
  • Manage front desk operations, ensuring the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
  • Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about the company's services, operations, or policies.
  • Maintain visitor logs, issue visitor passes, and ensure compliance with security protocols.
  • Receive and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Coordinate outgoing correspondence and courier services.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, booking appointments, and maintaining calendars.
  • Support administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
  • Liaise with internal departments to facilitate communication and smooth workflow.
  • Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information and company documents.
