Job Description
As an Assistant Property Manager, you'll play a key role in maintaining smooth property operations-from coordinating with tenants and contractors to ensuring compliance and supporting lease management. You'll be part of a dynamic, collaborative team focused on quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction.

The Qualifications We Seek
Experience:
- 3 to 5 years of experience
- Preferably, as a minimum, educated to at least 5 GCSEs (A-C) or equivalent
- Motivated to work towards, currently hold, or studying for a property management qualification
- Fluent in English
- Competent user of Microsoft Office products

Your Daily Tasks
Property Management:
- Speak with contractors and obtain quotations as directed by Property Managers, inputting data in Rectify
- Address routine matters and escalate technical or tender issues as needed
- Track, update, and close outstanding Rectify issues
- Communicate with tenants and contractors, providing updates to the team
- Prepare lease renewals, letters, and circulars
- Order key cuts and process invoices via LettsPay or Accounts
- Maintain NRL information and ensure quarterly returns are processed accurately
- Compile work specifications, schedule inspections, and follow up on results
- Review maintenance contracts and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Maintain accurate records aligned with GDPR and AML laws
Compliance and Regulation:
- Adhere to company policies, including AML and GDPR obligations
- Report regulatory or data breaches promptly to the MLRO
- Complete all mandatory training on time
Internal Responsibilities:
- Identify and progress new business opportunities
- Recognize potential business risks and report proactively
- Strive for efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- Support continuous improvement in property management processes
- Contribute to special projects and team initiatives
