About the role

As the Sales Manager at Elufa Multi-link Inc., you will play a pivotal role in leading and driving the sales strategy for our growing organization. Overseeing a team of talented sales professionals, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales plans to achieve our ambitious revenue targets. This is a full-time position based in Imus City Cavite.

What you'll be doing

  1. Develop and execute winning sales strategies to meet and exceed sales goals
  2. Manage, coach and motivate a team of sales representatives to optimize their performance
  3. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and fine-tune sales approaches
  4. Foster strong relationships with key clients and prospects to secure new business
  5. Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to ensure seamless delivery
  6. Implement effective sales processes and continuously seek ways to improve efficiency
  7. Monitor and report on sales activities, forecasts and performance metrics

  2. Proven track record of leading and motivating high-performing sales teams to achieve ambitious targets
  3. Excellent understanding of sales strategies, techniques and best practices

  5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders
  6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions
