About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Supervisor to join our growing team at Elufa Multi-link Inc. in Imus City, Cavite. As a Sales Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the sales operations and ensuring the successful delivery of our retail and bulk products and services to our customers. This is a full-time position that offers opportunities for career advancement within our dynamic organization.

What you'll be doing

  • Supervise and manage a team of sales associates, providing guidance, training and performance feedback to ensure exceptional customer service
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets
  • Monitor daily sales activities, analyze performance data and identify areas for improvement
  • Liaise with the marketing team to develop and execute successful promotional campaigns
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure efficient stock management (for retail)
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with the broader management team to contribute to the overall success of the business

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales or supervisory role, preferably within the products industry
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with customers and cross-functional teams
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to identify trends and implement data-driven strategies
  • Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment
  • Degree in Business, Retail Management or a related field is preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of retail sales or consumer products, bulk orders sales experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred, or equivalent work experience
