About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Elufa Multi-link Inc. in Imus City, Cavite. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional sales and customer service to our valued clients. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in achieving our company's objectives and contributing to our continued success.

What you'll be doing

  1. Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  2. Deliver outstanding customer service and build lasting relationships with clients
  3. Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through effective selling techniques
  4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
  5. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed recommendations
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
  7. Participate in sales training and development programs to continuously improve performance

  1. Proven sales experience, preferably in a relevant industry
