Job Description
This role focuses on promoting range of vehicles, leads generation, building relationships with customers, account management, client order processing, digital marketing and contributing to the dealership's overall sales goals within the company standard and by means of quality sale, with integrity and compliance.
Responsibilities:
You will
- Lead Generation - proactively source prospective clients through various channels such as showroom walk in, corporate accounts, networking, cold calling and digital marketing.
- Product Knowledge - offer its ancillary business, conducts test drive, product demonstration and be able to explain modes of payment.
- Account and Fleet Management - handle corporate and individual accounts to secure repeat purchases by conducting regular sales coverage and account maintenance.
- Quality Service - promotes and maintain the Company's positive image by building and maintaining positive relationship with clients by understand their needs. Making sure of compliance to all documentation, releasing, orientation and after-sales activities.
- Digital Marketing - leverage digital tools such as social media, email campaigns, or websites to engage with potential buyers, offer promo and dealership services.
- Market Research - conduct market research to identify selling possibilities, industry competition and evaluate customer needs.
Qualifications:
- You must be a college graduate of any 4 years course.
- Open to fresh graduate with passion in sales and customer service.
- You must have good communication skills.
- You must be willing to work onsite (holiday and weekend)
- With active driver's license
