Franchise Sales & Webinar Hosting

  • Conduct regular franchise webinars and online presentations to introduce and promote KST and SSB business opportunities.
  • Present franchise packages, investment details, operational support, and brand benefits in a persuasive and engaging manner.
  • Manage webinar schedules, attendance tracking, and post-event follow-ups to convert leads into qualified prospects.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the company's franchise programs to confidently address inquiries, concerns, and objections.

Lead Management & Conversion

  • Coordinate with the CSR Team to receive, track, and manage franchise inquiries and webinar registrations.
  • Nurture leads through personalized communication and consistent follow-ups.
  • Identify prospect needs and recommend the most suitable franchise or training opportunity (upselling/downselling).
  • Assist in completing franchise documentation, coordination, and onboarding process for new partners.

Collaboration with CSR and KST University

  • Work closely with the CSR Department to manage incoming inquiries from different communication channels (social media, email, website).
  • Promote and upsell KST University's e-learning programs as a preparatory or alternative option for interested entrepreneurs.
  • Participate in customer engagement initiatives and maintain professional communication with potential clients.
  • Provide feedback from prospects to help improve webinar content, marketing materials, and franchise offerings.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of leads, webinar attendance, and conversions using CRM or tracking systems.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, performance metrics, and feedback summaries for management review.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the Sales and Marketing Manager.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php21,000.00 per month
