About the role

As a Field Sales Associate at Elufa Multi-link Inc., you will play a crucial role in driving the company's sales growth and expanding its presence in the local market. This full-time position is based in Imus City Cavite, where you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new sales opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and delivering exceptional customer service.

What you'll be doing

  1. Proactively reach out to potential clients and generate new sales leads
  2. Schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings with clients to understand their needs and present Elufa Multi-link Inc.'s products and services
  3. Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
  4. Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and sales activities
  5. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and product knowledge
  7. Provide timely feedback and recommendations to the management team

What we're looking for

  1. Proven track record of success in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the Sales or Sales Representatives/Consultants in Food Manufacturing industry
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with clients
  3. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a customer-centric approach
  4. Proficient in using sales tools and customer relationship management (CRM) software
  5. Highly motivated, with a driven and proactive attitude
  6. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
  7. Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle is a plus
