The Sales Associate will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth by promoting and selling solar panel systems and related renewable energy solutions.
- Product Knowledge and Demonstration
- Gain a deep understanding of solar panel systems, inverters, and other renewable energy products offered by the company.
- Clearly explain the product aspects of solar power systems to clients in a way that is easy to understand.
- Provide assistance on demonstrations and presentations to Technical Engineers
- Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Guide customers through the entire sales cycle—from initial inquiry to final contract signing and after-sales support.
- Address client concerns promptly and liaise with the technical/installation teams to ensure a smooth project handover.
- Sales Reporting
- Prepare accurate sales reports and forecast updates
- Collaboration and Continuous Learning
- Work closely with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns and events.
- Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and after-sales support teams to deliver high-quality service.
- Stay updated on industry trends, renewable energy policies, and government incentives related to solar adoption.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and explain some technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic digital marketing platforms

Working Conditions:
- Office-based with frequent fieldwork and client visits.
- May require weekend or extended hours to meet client availability.
- Exposure to construction sites and outdoor assessments.
