About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Distributor Sales Representative for Motorcycle Oils and Lubricants to join our growing team.This full-time role will be based in Cavite, Calabarzon and will play a crucial part in driving sales and expanding our reach in the motorcycle lubricants market.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective motorcycle lubricant distributors
  • Proactively identify new sales opportunities and generate leads to expand our customer base
  • Provide exceptional customer service and technical support to ensure a superior buying experience
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic account management and effective negotiation
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new product and service opportunities
  • Participate in trade shows, events and other promotional activities to raise brand awareness
  • Provide timely and accurate reporting on sales activities, pipeline, and performance

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a motorcycle lubricants or similar sales role
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong product knowledge and technical understanding of motorcycle oils and lubricants
