We are seeking a proactive and driven Field Sales Coordinator to support and execute sales initiatives in assigned territories. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in fieldwork, preferably in the FMCG sector and excels at building client relationships and driving on-the-ground execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in implementing sales strategies and field initiatives to achieve regional sales targets
  • Conduct area mapping, route planning, and daily market visits
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and distributors
  • Gather and report market insights, competitor activities, and customer feedback
  • Support account development and ensure timely follow-up on sales opportunities
  • Maintain accurate records using Microsoft Excel and Word

Qualifications:

  • Prior fieldwork experience required; FMCG industry experience is a strong advantage
  • Willing and able to relocate based on territory assignment
  • Must own a motorcycle and have a valid driver's license (for mobility and field coverage)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel and Word; able to prepare reports and data tracking sheets
  • Highly motivated, self-disciplined, and able to work independently
