Work Location: Field-based – Laguna and Cavite
As a Field Sales Coordinator, you will manage key direct accounts, oversee daily operations, and ensure strong in-store visibility of our products. You'll play a vital role in achieving sales targets and building lasting client partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage negotiations and operations with referred accounts in the Laguna and Cavite areas.
- Convert sari-sari stores and grocery outlets to purchase products directly from the primary distributor in the region.
- Collect and process purchase orders, and maintain a strong presence across sari-sari stores.
- Monitor and hit monthly KPIs and identify new growth opportunities within assigned territories.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive long-term success.
- Must have at least an undergraduate or Bachelor's degree, preferably in Sales, Marketing, or related fields.
- 1–2 years of experience in field sales or a similar role is preferred.
- Male, with a valid driver's license and owns a motorcycle (required for mobility within the area).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office tools – Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
- Excellent analytical skills, self-motivated, and results-driven.
