The Distributor Sales Personnel is responsible for promoting, selling, and distributing construction supply products to contractors, hardware stores, and project sites. The role involves maintaining strong customer relationships, expanding market reach, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new sales opportunities within assigned territory.
  • Promote and sell construction supply products to distributors, retailers, and end-users.
  • Maintain regular contact with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
  • Ensure timely delivery and proper distribution of products.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and account updates for management.
  • Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure efficient order fulfillment.
  • Must owned a motorcycle.

Qualifications:

  • At least [1] years of sales experience, preferably in construction supplies or related industry but fresh graduate are welcome to apply
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Knowledge of construction materials and industry practices is an advantage.
  • Must be willing to travel and work in the field.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php13, Php14,000.00 per month
