QUALIFICATIONS:
· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field. ( FRESH GRADUATES ARE WELCOME TO APPLY)
· Previous experience is an advantage.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
· Basic understanding of HR principles and practices.
· Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS software.
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling data and documentation.
· Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
· Adaptability to a fast-paced work environment and willingness to learn and grow in the HR field.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and facilitating the hiring process.
· Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
· Handle employee inquiries and provide necessary information.
· Support employee relations activities by addressing queries and escalating issues to the HR Supervisor or Manager as needed.
· Prepare HR-related documents, such as employment contracts, offer letters, and disciplinary notices.
· Knowledgable in Timekeeping ang Payroll
