- Responsible in the end-to-end process of On-boarding up to Off-boarding. Full spectrum of recruitment cycle.
- Responsible for HR Data Management. Ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Assist employees' inquiries related to pay and benefits. Ensure timely submission of all payroll and reports needed for payment processing.
- Compliance and Policy Adherence, ensuring all employees follow guidelines provided and protocols provided by the company.
- Ensure performance and talent management drive the achievement of business goals.
- Organize company events, meetings, and projects
- Maintain accurate and organized company and employee records
- Continuously improve HR and administrative processes for greater efficiency
- Attend to other ad-hoc task as provided by the HR Manager.
Qualification: Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, Human Resources, Management, or equivalent field.
- Must have at least 2-3 years in HR Operations.
- Experienced in Talent Management, Learning & Development, Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits, Recruitment/Resourcing, Performance management processes.
- Preferably experience in food manufacturing FMCG.
- Must have a good communication, coordination, proactiveness competencies.
- Adaptive to start-up environment.
- Physically capable and willing to render or work overtime specifically during month-end reporting or any given day if the work requires.
- Must be willing to work at San Juan City
- Preferably willing to start immediately
