About the role

Reporting to the People and Culture Director, this HR Manager role with candidcoffeeph' provides an exciting opportunity to lead the development and implementation of the company's human resources strategy. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for driving initiatives that support candidcoffeeph''s growth and foster an engaging, inclusive and high-performing workplace culture. This is a full-time position based in San Juan City, Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

  1. Developing and executing the HR strategy to attract, develop and retain top talent
  2. Managing the full employee life cycle including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning and development, and offboarding
  3. Providing expert HR advice and support to managers and employees on a wide range of employee relations matters
  4. Driving initiatives to enhance employee engagement, wellbeing and culture
  5. Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws, regulations and company policies
  6. Partnering with business leaders to understand their workforce needs and provide strategic HR solutions
  7. Overseeing the administration of payroll, benefits, and other HR systems and processes
  8. Continuously improving HR policies, procedures and systems to drive organisational effectiveness

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
  2. Minimum 5 years of progressive HR generalist experience, ideally in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  3. Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices and talent management principles
  4. Excellent interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills
  5. Proven track record of driving initiatives that improve company culture and employee engagement
  6. Tech-savvy with experience in implementing and optimising HR technology and systems
  7. Ability to think strategically, make data-driven decisions and influence at all levels of the organisation
