
Senior HR Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR and Admin professional to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality HR services and administrative support.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR and Admin, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be responsible for providing HR support to management and line managers, as well as maintaining liaison with external agencies.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing HR support to management and line managers
- Maintaining liaison with external agencies
- Preparing and disseminating HR-related information
- Coordinating HR-related activities and events
- Ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures
Requirements:
- 3-5 years' experience in HR and Admin, preferably in the telecom sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office package, especially MS Word, MS Excel, and PowerPoint
Candidates must possess the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline or MBA (Major HR/MIS)
- LLB or equivalent qualification
- Relevant certifications such as SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP or HRCI certification
