The Process Specialist is responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and service quality. This role ensures that business processes align with company goals and comply with local standards and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze existing business processes to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
  • Develop, document, and standardize new or improved workflows and operating procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, finance, HR, IT, etc.) to streamline processes.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports to measure process effectiveness.
  • Conduct process mapping, time-and-motion studies, and root cause analyses.
  • Support change management and process implementation initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and quality standards (e.g., ISO, Lean, Six Sigma).
  • Provide training and guidance to teams on new processes or systems.
  • Coordinate with management to align process initiatives with business objectives.
  • Recommend technology or automation solutions to optimize performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in process improvement, operations, or business analysis.
  • Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies (certification is a plus).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Visio, or process mapping tools.
  • Experience in data analysis and report generation.
