Job Summary:

The Property Specialist Supervisor is responsible for leading and managing a team of Property Specialists to achieve individual and team sales targets. The role ensures effective implementation of sales strategies, monitors performance, and provides coaching and support to maintain high productivity and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead a team of Property Specialists, ensuring they meet or exceed sales quotas.
  • Implement sales and marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Monitor and evaluate individual and team performance through regular reports and reviews.
  • Conduct product knowledge and sales training sessions for new and existing agents.
  • Coordinate with marketing, documentation, and admin departments to ensure smooth sales transactions.
  • Assist the team in client presentations, site trippings, and negotiations when necessary.
  • Handle escalated client inquiries and ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Motivate and mentor team members to enhance sales performance and professionalism.
  • Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales performance reports.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate Management, or related field.
  • At least 2–5 years of experience in real estate sales, with 1–2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
  • Goal-oriented, proactive, and capable of working under pressure.
  • Knowledge of real estate laws, documentation, and financing processes is an advantage.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in handling in-house or broker-based sales teams.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems.
  • Certification from the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) for Real Estate (optional but an advantage).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php40, Php45,000.00 per month
