We're seeking a detail-oriented Business Process Specialist to conduct time and motion studies, create process flows, and optimize our operational efficiency If you're passionate about streamlining workflows, reducing waste, and improving productivity, this role is for you. You'll analyze existing processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement data-driven solutions to enhance our overall performance.

Job Description:

  • Conduct time and motion studies to analyze and improve work processes.
  • Develop detailed process flows and diagrams to visualize and document workflows.
  • Identify and eliminate bottlenecks, redundancies, and inefficiencies in existing processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement process improvements.
  • Analyze data to measure the impact of process changes and identify further optimization opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
  • Provide training and support to employees on new and improved processes.
  • Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to process efficiency.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on process improvement initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry best practices in business process management and process improvement techniques.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business process analysis and improvement.
  • Proficiency in conducting time and motion studies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with process mapping software (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart).
  • Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
