JOB SPECIFICATION

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance or equivalent
  • At least one (1) year of Business Process Management or Analysis experience is required
  • Exposure in a retail industry set-up is an advantage
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, local tax regulations and BIR rulings
  • Six Sigma certification is preferred but not required
  • Fresh graduates with good academic standing are welcome to apply

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

I. Defines and applies a structured process management approach and methodology to build and monitor the Company's processes and procedures to build efficiency and productivity of employees.

II. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

III. Defines functional specifications, and coordinates new or improved information and workflow systems.

  • Conducts initial study of areas requiring systems development/enhancements as directed by the head.
  • In close coordination with the Information Technology Department, simulates and tests process improvements and conducts thorough positive and negative tests together with developers and end-users.
  • Joins systems tests and dry runs facilitated by Business Software Development Manager related to Front-end Operations during store openings or system-wide changes, and coordinates findings/results to the head.

IV. Documents and communicates approved system changes and provides necessary training to affected business units, as directed by the Business Process Manager.

  • Prepares process flows and drafts detailed procedural accounting guidelines and business process memorandum
  • Designs required forms based on the approved processes
  • Prepares training materials

V. Monitors implementation of procedures and ensures compliance of users.

  • Conducts business unit visits
  • Communicates regularly with Department Heads

VI. Resolves and provides functional solutions on concerns/issues of users and elevates when necessary.

VII. Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php27,000.00 per month
