About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative & Finance Assistant to join our team at JECO Group of Companies. This is a full-time position where you will play a key role in supporting both administrative and financial operations. Your organizational skills, accuracy, and proactive approach will help ensure the smooth and efficient running of our office.


Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update financial records, including invoices, expenses, and payroll processing.
  • Provide administrative support such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, manpower outsourcing, and handling correspondence.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other business documents.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve queries and provide assistance.
  • Perform data entry, document organization, and file management tasks.
  • Support the wider team with ad hoc administrative and finance-related duties as required.

Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience in an administrative or finance-related role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building positive working relationships.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work under supervision while maintaining a high standard of performance.
