The Placement & Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for leading the full cycle of client placement and talent acquisition operations. This includes overseeing a team of recruiters and placement specialists, ensuring timely and successful fulfillment of client requests, driving upselling opportunities, building strong relationships with existing clients, and managing the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a proven track record in recruitment and client relationship management, and the ability to drive business growth through strategic talent placement.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Management

  • Lead, mentor, and supervise the placement and recruitment teams, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve performance targets.
  • Manage workload distribution and ensure coverage for placement calls and recruitment activities at all times.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews to foster continuous improvement and professional growth.

Client Relationship Management & Placement Operations

  • Ensure timely closure of client requests by overseeing the placement process from role intake to successful hire.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their evolving needs and providing tailored solutions in collaboration with the Client Success Management (CSM) team.
  • Drive upselling opportunities by showcasing the value of additional virtual staff to existing clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align client expectations and ensure seamless communication.

Talent Acquisition Strategy & Execution

  • Design and execute proactive sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates, particularly those with U.S. law firm or specialized industry experience.
  • Oversee the candidate lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, skill assessments, and offer negotiations.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pools for high-demand and recurring roles.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding.

Performance Tracking & Process Improvement

  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, including placement success rate, recruitment turnaround time, upselling revenue, and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, candidate quality, and client satisfaction.
  • Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity to refine sourcing and placement strategies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a leadership role within recruitment, placement, or virtual staffing environments.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Track record of achieving recruitment, placement, and sales growth targets.
  • Analytical skills to track and interpret performance metrics.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and recruitment tools.
