JOB SUMMARY
The Talent Acquisition Assistant Manager is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process while leading the company's talent branding efforts. This role ensures timely hiring of qualified candidates, particularly in high-volume and frontline positions, and builds a strong employer brand through effective social media presence and candidate engagement initiatives.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
A. Recruitment & Selection
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, job offers, onboarding).
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and ensure timely fulfillment.
- Use recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness) to drive efficiency.
B. Talent Branding & Social Media
- Develop and execute a talent branding strategy to position the company as an employer of choice.
- Create and monitor social media postings, campaigns, and engagement across LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
- Collaborate with marketing/communications teams to align employer brand messaging.
- Track and analyze the performance of employer branding initiatives to continuously improve visibility and candidate engagement.
C. Stakeholder Management & Reporting
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and external recruitment partners.
- Provide regular updates and insights to leadership on recruitment status and branding impact.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and recruitment best practices.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 5 years of recruitment experience, with 2+ years in a supervisory/assistant manager role.
- Strong background in end-to-end recruitment for high-volume industries (restaurants, retail, FMCG preferred).
- Proven expertise in talent branding and employer branding via social media.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Data-driven, creative, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
