Support the Talent Acquisition team in recruitment activities, compliance monitoring, and administrative tasks for Filinvest.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing valuable support in day-to-day recruitment activities.
  • Monitoring and tracking candidate compliance on pre-employment requirements, including online exam administration, background check facilitation, pre-employment medical endorsements, and document completion.
  • Delivering general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team, such as requests for payment, document preparation, and filing.
  • Maintaining inventory of recruitment materials and brand collaterals.
  • Ensuring 100% on-time payment processing.
  • Organizing and keeping recruitment documents.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following:

  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Ability to monitor and track compliance with pre-employment requirements.
  • Proficiency in document preparation, filing, and inventory management.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to on-time processing.
  • Capability to provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team.
