The Director, Talent Acquisition will oversee Talent Acquisition people and process operations in Manila. They will plan, lead, direct, develop, and coordinate recruitment resources to ensure global recruitment targets are achieved and continually review and evolve recruitment processes, tools and resources in line with company strategies and objectives.

What You'll Do:

  • Develops, recommends, and implements recruitment policies and procedures, ensures all policy related documentation is legislatively compliant and up to date
  • Provide guidance to Recruitment team on all ISO and BMS processes to ensure that team is trained and compliant
  • Work with Senior Management to manage the Recruitment budget globally to ensure costs are controlled and monitor paid hiring sources to ensure cost effectiveness, recommending changes where required
  • Establish and manage the global talent acquisition functions. This includes resource optimization in line with business needs and ensuring a scalable recruitment model for growth.
  • Work with Vice President Talent Acquisition to develop and implement a talent acquisition strategy, job posting optimization, recruitment market data analysis, recruitment tools and processes and comprehensive recruitment campaign planning
  • Oversee and manage the recruitment process and lifecycle 
  • Monitor team performance against agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with key stakeholders and take corrective action as required.
  • Ensure the timely and cost-effective fulfilment of all global open requisitions with quality talent
  • Work with Senior Management to develop Recruitment strategies in line with company culture and core values with the development of recruiting strategies (related to diverse and inclusive recruitment, redeployment program, career mobility, employee referral program, etc.)
  • Establish and maintain regional partnerships with third parties (including recruitment agencies) relevant to Talent Acquisition initiatives
  • Manage the Talent Acquisition team in a way that optimizes performance, including training, development and guidance to the team on strategies and best practice – Lead by example
  • Contribute to the design of the Talent Acquisition Team compensation plans, where applicable
  • Ensure compliance with all legislative requirements and other internal benchmarks as appropriate.
  • Ensure all global processes are followed to ensure integrity of hire including background and reference checks
  • Review employee onboarding feedback and lead recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with Training, HR and Operations and appropriate SMEs/experts to implement solutions to process gaps impacting candidates and overall efficiency.
  • Partner with senior managers to drive internal and external candidate engagement activities/community partnerships in line with our core values and mission statement
  • Stay abreast of emerging recruiting technologies and tools to continuously optimize talent acquisition processes, enabling scale and efficient hiring in your region, in line with global processes.
