Job Summary:

The Product Manager is responsible for driving the strategy, development, and performance of TIM products. This role involves cross-functional collaboration, market engagement, pricing strategy, and partner coordination to ensure product success and customer satisfaction.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Represent and promote the company's product portfolio to clients, partners, and stakeholders, including participation in events and presentations.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop campaigns and initiatives that support business growth and revenue generation.
  • Develop pricing strategies and cost models for promotions and seasonal offerings.
  • Manage relationships with external partners and vendors, including negotiating commercial terms.
  • Work cross-functionally with teams such as operations, sales, marketing, and management to plan and execute product strategies.
  • Strengthen engagement with key clients and distribution partners.
  • Support sales teams in achieving revenue targets through product alignment and enablement.
  • Coordinate with operations to ensure customer satisfaction and service quality.
  • Gather customer feedback and market insights to inform product development and roadmap planning.

Qualifications:

  • Education:

    Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience:

    Experience in product lifecycle management, pricing strategy, and revenue modeling is preferred.
  • Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

  • Collaborative mindset and customer-oriented approach
  • Proficiency in productivity tools (e.g., MS Office, especially Excel)
  • Ability to respond to feedback and take initiative
  • Interest in technology and data-driven decision-making is a plus
