Your Role at a Glance
Be part of our client's team as a NDIS Rostering and Client Liaison Officer, where you'll ensure that support services run smoothly, schedules stay efficient, and clients receive the right care at the right time. You'll use your coordination, communication, and empathy skills to balance client needs and staff availability seamlessly.

What You'll Bring
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in rostering, scheduling, or workforce coordination
- Background in disability, community, or aged care sectors (advantageous)
- Familiarity with NDIS and person-centred service delivery
- Proficiency in client management/rostering systems (e.g., ShiftCare)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal English communication
- Ability to handle competing priorities and short-notice changes
- Understanding of privacy, confidentiality, and compliance standards
- Preferably with experience liaising with multiple stakeholders in healthcare or NDIS
What You'll Do
Rostering & Scheduling
- Create, manage, and maintain effective rosters for in-home and community supports.
- Assign shifts according to client needs, staff availability, and compatibility.
- Handle last-minute changes and reschedule efficiently.
- Keep rostering information accurate and updated in the CMS (e.g., ShiftCare).
Client Communication
- Liaise with participants and families to coordinate supports aligned with goals and preferences.
- Communicate roster updates and changes clearly and promptly.
- Maintain accurate and complete records of client interactions.
Staff Coordination
- Communicate shift offers, confirmations, and changes with support workers.
- Track and record staff availability, leave, and training requirements.
- Assist with onboarding new staff and coordinate with HR for training analysis.
Stakeholder Liaison
- Engage with external stakeholders to ensure services align with participant plans.
- Provide scheduling and support documentation when required.
Administration & Compliance
- Maintain accurate rostering and client records.
- Ensure compliance with privacy, documentation, and organizational policies.
- Prepare reports, conduct compliance checks, log incidents, and handle general administrative tasks.
