We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Liaison Officer in supporting Ideal Vision Center's business operations by ensuring smooth coordination with various local government units (LGUs) and regulatory agencies. This position is responsible for facilitating the timely processing of business permits, licenses, and other regulatory documents needed for both new and existing stores across all locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary communication link between Ideal Vision Center and external partners, including local government units (LGUs), regulatory agencies, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensure the timely processing of business permits, licenses, and other regulatory requirements in coordination with LGUs and concerned agencies.
  • Support ongoing compliance efforts for both new and existing stores across all locations, ensuring that all operations meet legal and regulatory standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders to improve coordination and operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate meetings, briefings, and partnership activities to ensure alignment of goals and objectives.
  • Ensure timely exchange of information and documentation between relevant parties.
  • Assist in conflict resolution, negotiation, and issue escalation when required.
  • Maintain accurate records of communications, agreements, and follow-up actions.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of communication, coordination, and compliance processes.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Relevant experience in liaison, coordination, permits processing, or stakeholder management.
  • Experience working with LGUs, government agencies, or multi-site business operations is an advantage.
