We are seeking a passionate, driven, and results-oriented Area Sales Manager – Visayas to lead regional sales operations, strengthen market presence, and drive business growth across the Visayas region.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee sales operations and performance of multiple branches within the Visayas area.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate sales teams to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies to grow market share and revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and operational standards.
  • Coordinate with Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to support branch sales performance.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in retail, distribution, or consumer goods.
  • Proven success in managing regional sales teams and driving growth across multiple locations.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
  • Highly motivated, customer-focused, and results-driven.
  • Willing to travel frequently across the Visayas region.
