Among Zensho's about 20 restaurant brands, Sukiya is our top and biggest brand. Our signature dish is gyudon, Japan's favorite beef rice bowl. Now, Sukiya is known as Japan's No. 1 Gyudon restaurant chain with about 2,000 outlets.

Currently, Sukiya has seven branches located at Glorietta 2 and SM Manila, SM Megamall, Waltermart North Edsa, Festival Mall Alabang, SM East Ortigas and Mezza Residences. is seeking an experienced Commissary Manager to oversee the efficient and effective operation of our commissary facility. In this full-time role based in Makati City, Metro Manila, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the commissary, ensuring the timely production and delivery of high-quality food products to our network of restaurants.

A Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth. They develop and implement strategies to expand a company's market presence and improve profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify New Business Opportunities:


• Research market trends and industry developments.


• Identify potential clients and business partnerships.


• Develop strategies to expand into new markets.

Client Relationship Management:


• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.


• Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.


• Handle client negotiations with leasing department and close deals

Sales and Revenue Growth:


• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.


• Pitch products or services to potential clients.


• Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies accordingly.

Market Research and Competitive Analysis:


• Analyze competitor strategies and industry trends.


• Identify risks and opportunities in the market.


• Provide insights for product or service development.

Strategic Planning:


• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams.


• Develop business plans and financial models.


• Set long-term goals for business growth.

Networking and Partnerships:


• Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.


• Develop strategic partnerships with other businesses.


• Represent the company in public forums.
