Job Description

  • Adheres to the overall operating policies that supports identified infrastructure, govern business activities, and ensure that tasks are efficiently and consistently delivered.
  • Build and maintain good and strong relationship with the customer putting DSC on their mind as their first choice logistics provider.
  • Maintain efficient Factory Logistics operation through systematic material handling and strict materials control which includes receipt and issuance of materials, correct and timely documents and orderly arrangement of stocks, protection of materials in Warehouse location.
  • Conduct Daily Operations Review and Shift Hand Over.
  • Identify training need for the people under his/her watch.
  • Delegates task to subordinates to ensure equal distribution of work.
  • Ensures that all activities in the warehouse conform with Good Warehouse Practice (GMP) and 5s
  • Coordinates with fellow Supervisor to make sure that formulated action plans are executed properly and beneficial to all parties concerned.
  • Ensures Operational Performance improvements.

Job Requirements:

Experience

  • At least two (2) years supervisory experience in factory logistics or warehousing (Cold Storage).

Special Skills and Personal Qualities

  • Hardworking, patient, persevering and can work with minimum supervision
  • Computer literate
