We are currently seeking a BA Project Supervisor who is detail-oriented, resourceful, and highly dependable. This role is essential in managing operational support projects for Beauty Advisors (BAs) covering deployment, uniforms distribution, supplier sourcing, billing, and reporting. The BA Project Supervisor ensures that all project requirements are delivered efficiently, cost-effectively, and in alignment with SKINTIFIC's standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deployment Coordination: Support BA deployment by consolidating manpower requirements, coordinating with suppliers and agencies, and ensuring readiness for rollouts.
  • Supplier Sourcing & Management: Identify, evaluate, and manage suppliers for uniforms, materials, and deployment-related needs to ensure quality and cost efficiency.
  • Dashboard Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards for monitoring deployment status, supplier performance, and uniform distribution. Provide regular reporting to management
  • Billing & Documentation: Manage supplier and agency billings and ensure timely, accurate processing of related documentation in compliance with internal policies.
  • Uniform Distribution: Oversee timely and accurate distribution of uniforms to Beauty Advisors nationwide.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in project coordination, operations, or supply/vendor management (experience in retail, beauty, or FMCG industry preferred).
  • Strong background in supplier sourcing, vendor management, and billing processes.
  • Proficiency in reporting tools (Excel, Google Sheets, dashboards).
  • Excellent organizational, coordination, and communication skills.
  • Highly reliable, resourceful, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Willing to travel occasionally for supplier meetings, field checks, or distribution-related projects.
