Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Supervisor located in Taguig. The Call Center Supervisor will oversee day-to-day operations, manage and support the call center team, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include monitoring team performance, addressing customer inquiries and complaints, and implementing strategies to improve operational efficiency and service quality.

- Experience in the telecommunications or customer service industry is a plus
