Operation Supervisor

The Operation Supervisor will be responsible for the profitable operation, sustained growth, and effective management of all assigned [stores, branches, facilities] within their designated area. This includes achieving sales targets, managing expenses, ensuring compliance with company standards, and fostering a high-performing team culture. The Operation Supervisor will act as a key liaison between corporate leadership and field operations, translating strategic objectives into actionable plans and driving their execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Performance & Business Growth:

• Develop and implement strategies to achieve and exceed sales, profit, and operational targets for all assigned stores, branches, and facilities.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPI's) and financial reports, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Manage budgets, control expenses, and optimize resource allocation to maximize profitability.
• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the assigned area.

Operational Excellence:

• Ensure consistent execution of company policies, procedures, and standards across all locations, including merchandising, customer service, inventory management, and facility maintenance.
• Conduct regular visits to locations to assess operational efficiency, identify areas for improvement, and provide hands-on support.
• Implement best practices and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and labor regulations.

Team Leadership & Development:

• Provide strong leadership, coaching, and mentorship to direct reports, fostering a positive and empowering work environment.
• Conduct performance reviews, set clear objectives, and identify development needs for all team members.
• Promote effective communication and collaboration within and across locations.
• Manage employee relations, addressing issues promptly and effectively.

Customer Experience:

• Champion a customer-centric culture across all locations, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
• Monitor customer feedback and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Resolve escalated customer issues efficiently and effectively.

Merchandising & Inventory:

• Oversee effective inventory management to minimize shrinkage and optimize stock levels.
• Ensure adherence to merchandising guidelines and planograms to maximize sales potential.

Reporting & Communication:

• Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management.
• Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, sharing insights, challenges, and best practices.
• Act as a primary point of contact for corporate initiatives and directives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• With minimum of two (3) years of progressive experience in multi-unit management.
• Proven track record of achieving sales and profit targets.
• Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to motivate, develop, and manage diverse teams.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and [any relevant industry-specific software].
• Ability to travel frequently within the assigned area.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
