Position Summary:

The Store Supervisor for the Food Kiosk oversees daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the kiosk. This role involves supervising staff, managing sales performance, maintaining stock levels, ensuring excellent customer service, and upholding brand standards. The Supervisor acts as a key link between management and front-line employees.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management

  • Oversee day-to-day kiosk operations to meet sales and service targets.
  • Ensure kiosk is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
  • Handle opening and closing duties, cash management, and daily reporting.
  • Monitor product quality, hygiene, and safety standards.

Team Supervision

  • Supervise and motivate kiosk staff to maintain high performance and morale.
  • Schedule shifts, delegate tasks, and ensure adequate staffing during peak hours.
  • Train new employees on company policies, sales techniques, and product knowledge.

Inventory & Reporting

  • Conduct regular stock checks and coordinate replenishment with suppliers.
  • Prevent losses through proper stock handling and monitoring.
  • Prepare daily sales summaries and submit reports to the Area Manager.

Compliance & Standards

  • Enforce company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and cleanliness standards.
  • Represent the company's image and values in all customer interactions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php22, Php25,000.00 per month
