Job Description

· Oversee all aspects of the branch's daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, cash handling, and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

· Lead and motivate the team to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for all guests.

· Address customer concerns and complaints promptly and professionally, resolving issues to their satisfaction.

· Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.

· Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to foster professional growth and development.

· Create a positive and supportive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.

· Monitor sales and inventory levels to maximize revenue and minimize waste.

· Implement strategies to control expenses and optimize profitability.

· Ensure a safe and secure environment for both staff and customers, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.

· Implement and enforce security measures to prevent theft and other incidents.

· Respond to emergencies and incidents in a calm and professional manner.

· Maintain a strong online presence, ensuring the branch's information is up-to-date and engaging.

· Other Responsibilities:

· Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

· Perform other duties as assigned.

· Qualifications:

· Proven experience as Operations Supervisor or in a similar management role in the hospitality industry.

· Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

· Excellent communication and customer service skills.

· Thorough understanding of bar operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and safety procedures.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Strong organizational and time management skills.

· Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

· Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php35,000.00 per month
