  • Promote and sell company products to doctors, pharmacists, healthcare institutions and drug stores.
  • Conduct product presentations and detailing visits to healthcare professionals.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Plan and execute area coverage plans effectively.
  • Identify new business opportunities and potential customers within the assigned territory.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, competitor activities, and market trends.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely reporting of daily calls, sales data, and customer feedback.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and activities.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and ethical standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Pharmacy, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience as a Medical Representative or Sales Representative in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Good product and therapeutic knowledge.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25, Php35,000.00 per month
