Qualifications:

  • At least two (2) years of related working experience in Business Development.
  • Site Acquisition / Site Sourcing
  • Possesses the ability to develop and maintain strong business relationships with Lessors and Property Owners
  • With familiarity and ability to communicate the features and benefits of company products and services
  • Has the ability to present in large groups
  • Self starter who can work independently

Job Summary:

  • Increases market presence by consistently and effectively acquires sites/locations based on target areas as set by the company
  • Creates and implements strategies to be able to encourage property owners and lessors to convert their existing business into our proposed business.
  • Creates a very comprehensive, detailed database of property owners so as to have a pool of sites that are available, can be converted and due for expiration.
  • Develops tools and practices for site acquisition and lessor's negotiation
  • Assists CCOD regional managers in coaching and following-up CCOD area managers concerning implementation of branch expansion and relocation projects

Job Type: Full-time
