As a Site Acquisition Officer, you will play a critical role in driving our expansion by identifying, evaluating, and securing high-potential locations for new sites, relocations, and conversions. Your work will directly impact our market presence, customer reach, and overall business growth.

With a strong foundation in market research, negotiation, and stakeholder management, you will collaborate closely with Area and Regional Managers to fast-track site approvals and ensure timely and efficient project execution. If you are a strategic thinker with excellent analytical and interpersonal skills, we want you on our team


Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough market studies to identify opportunities for site expansion, relocation, and conversion.
  • Prepare compelling site proposals and presentations for management review and approval.
  • Monitor acquisition timelines and ensure that key milestones and deadlines are met.
  • Evaluate and qualify potential business partners and property opportunities.
  • Negotiate and draft lease agreements that are favorable to the organization.
  • Maintain and regularly update a comprehensive database of property owners and available sites.
  • Enhance market presence by securing strategically located properties.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth relocation and expansion processes.
  • Recommend and implement strategies for property conversions and value optimization.
  • Develop tools, templates, and best practices to improve site acquisition efficiency.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, technologies, and tools relevant to site acquisition.
  • Build and nurture a strong network of property owners, brokers, and industry contacts to uncover new opportunities.
  • Propose policy and process improvements to enhance acquisition workflows and operational efficiency.
