  • Responsible for identifying, researching, analyzing, and negotiating commercial lease agreements with lessors;
  • Negotiate lease contracts in accordance with company standards;
  • Secure all necessary permits prior to project implementation;
  • Knowledgeable in property ownership documentation and legal requirements of prospective lessors;
  • Conduct negotiations with lot owners and secure all documents supporting the lease contract;
  • Identify permitted use areas, assess difficult jurisdictions, and track filing deadlines, approval timelines, application requirements, and zoning ordinances;
  • Ensure the efficiency of day-to-day site acquisition activities;
  • Plan tasks effectively and ensure plans are achievable and executable;
  • Must know how to drive and possess a valid driver's license (with own motorcycle preferred);
  • Must be willing to undertake extensive travel and fieldwork across the Visayas region;
  • Able to work well under pressure and in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a college graduate, preferably in any course
  • With prior experience as a Site Acquisition (SAQ) Officer, or willing to learn and be trained in SAQ processes;
  • Preferably a resident of ILOILO;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective coordination and negotiation
  • Strong negotiation skills and resourcefulness
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
