  • Conduct negotiations with lot owners and ensure complete lease documentation.
  • Assess permitted use areas, zoning ordinances, application requirements, and approval timelines.
  • Manage day-to-day site acquisition activities efficiently.
  • Plan and execute tasks effectively to meet project timelines.
  • Work effectively under pressure in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in any course.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Must have a valid driver's license (motorcycle preferred) and be willing to travel extensively across the Visayas.
  • Preferably a resident of Iloilo.
