About the role

Select Goods' is seeking an experienced HR Employee Relations Specialist to join our dynamic team based in Taguig City, Metro Manila. As a full-time employee, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a positive and collaborative work environment by addressing employee concerns, resolving workplace conflicts, and ensuring compliance with labour laws and company policies.

What you'll be doing

  1. Serve as the primary point of contact for employees seeking guidance on workplace issues, such as disputes, disciplinary matters, and grievances
  2. Investigate and document employee complaints or concerns, and work to find fair and appropriate resolutions
  3. Collaborate with management to develop and implement policies and procedures that promote positive employee relations
  4. Provide training and support to managers on effective employee engagement and conflict resolution strategies
  5. Assist with the administration of employee benefit programs and ensure compliance with all relevant labour laws and regulations
  6. Participate in the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives
  7. Maintain accurate and confidential records related to employee relations matters

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 1-5 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on employee relations
  2. Demonstrated knowledge of labour laws, employment regulations, and best practices in employee relations
  3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively navigate sensitive situations
  4. Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and conflict resolution skills
  5. Proficient in data analysis and report writing
  6. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  7. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field
