About the role
Select Goods' is seeking an experienced HR Employee Relations Specialist to join our dynamic team based in Taguig City, Metro Manila. As a full-time employee, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a positive and collaborative work environment by addressing employee concerns, resolving workplace conflicts, and ensuring compliance with labour laws and company policies.
What you'll be doing
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees seeking guidance on workplace issues, such as disputes, disciplinary matters, and grievances
- Investigate and document employee complaints or concerns, and work to find fair and appropriate resolutions
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement policies and procedures that promote positive employee relations
- Provide training and support to managers on effective employee engagement and conflict resolution strategies
- Assist with the administration of employee benefit programs and ensure compliance with all relevant labour laws and regulations
- Participate in the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives
- Maintain accurate and confidential records related to employee relations matters
What we're looking for
- Minimum 1-5 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on employee relations
- Demonstrated knowledge of labour laws, employment regulations, and best practices in employee relations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively navigate sensitive situations
- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and conflict resolution skills
- Proficient in data analysis and report writing
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field
