Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relations Specialist located in Taguig. The Customer Relations Specialist will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also includes maintaining customer relationships, addressing complaints, and providing support to enhance customer retention. The specialist will also be responsible for delivering excellent customer service and ensuring consistent communication with clients.

- Previous experience in a customer relations role is a plus
