Employee Relations and Policy Management Manager

To lead the design and execution of frameworks that foster a compliant, inclusive, and high-performing workplace. The role requires in-depth knowledge in employee relations and policy governance, with the ability to coach others, lead cross-functional initiatives, and drive continuous improvement across the organization.

Experience:
· 5–7 years of progressive experience in employee relations, policy management, or HR business partnering.
· Proven track record in managing complex ER cases and leading policy initiatives.
· Experience in coaching, influencing, and partnering with manager/ senior stakeholders.
· Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is an advantage.
