About the role

Akari Lighting and Technology Corporation is seeking an experienced E-Commerce Manager to join our team in Quezon City, Metro Manila. This full-time position will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our online sales channels to drive growth and revenue for the business.

What you'll be doing

  1. Developing and executing effective e-commerce strategies to increase online sales and reach new customers
  2. Managing and optimizing our company's e-commerce platforms, including website, online marketplaces, and digital advertising campaigns
  3. Analyzing website traffic, user behavior, and sales data to identify opportunities for improvement and implement data-driven decisions
  4. Collaborating with the marketing and product teams to create compelling online content and product listings
  5. Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in e-commerce to ensure our online presence remains competitive
  6. Monitoring and reporting on key performance metrics, and presenting actionable insights to the leadership team
  7. Developing and managing the e-commerce budget, as well as overseeing the work of any e-commerce support staff

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce management, digital marketing, or a related field
  2. Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, online marketing strategies, and digital analytics
  3. Proven track record of driving growth and improving the performance of e-commerce businesses
  4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  5. Creative and innovative mindset, with the ability to develop and implement new e-commerce initiatives
  6. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  7. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
