  • Maintain complete and supported accounting records based on the company's policies and procedures.

  • Implement local accounting procedures to ensure compliance with local government regulations.

  • Prepare and interpret the financial statements and reports.

  • Audit transactions, aided by ongoing efforts to streamline internal control procedures.

  • Implement all necessary controls to safeguard assets and maintain records for fixed assets, operating equipment, supplies, and inventories.

  • Ensure that physical inventories of all supplies are being done every month and all operating equipment every quarter.

  • Compile all budgets and forecasts covering all activities and maintain all budget control procedures.

  • Assist the General Manager in the administration of credit and collection procedures.

  • Obtain the requisite licenses from appropriate regulatory agencies.

  • Ensure proper procedures and controls at purchasing, receiving, storing, and requisitioning functions are followed.

  • Administer and control cash management.

  • Liaise with both internal and external auditors in compliance with the company's requirements.

  • Administer and ensure that the computer system and its software are fully utilized, well safeguarded and properly maintained.

  • Keep and safeguard all contracts, leases, insurance policies, licenses and all legal and financial documents.

EDUCATION EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATION : Accountancy graduate, preferably CPA

With at least 5-7 years experience as Finance Controller in the same capacity.
