Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and manage the day-to-day accounting and finance activities of the company to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with established standards.

  1. Review and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring the timely and accurate presentation of the company's financial performance.

  2. Lead the preparation and monitoring of the company's annual budget and financial forecasts to support strategic and operational objectives.

  3. Monitor and control the organization's cash flow, expenditures, and financial commitments to maintain liquidity and operational stability.

  4. Ensure adherence to accounting principles, company policies, and regulatory requirements by implementing and maintaining effective internal control systems.

  5. Coordinate and assist with both internal and external audits, providing complete and accurate documentation as required.

  6. Oversee the preparation and submission of all tax returns, ensuring compliance with government regulations and timely payment of tax obligations.

  7. Conduct financial analyses to support management in decision-making, cost control, and business development initiatives.

  8. Provide guidance and supervision to the accounting and finance team, fostering a culture of accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required. A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license or equivalent professional certification is highly preferred.

  2. At least 5 to 7 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance, including 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role within a similar industry (hospitality, real estate, or corporate setting).

  3. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, budgeting, auditing, and taxation. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar systems) and MS Excel is required.

  4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail and accuracy in financial data management.

  5. Demonstrated ability to lead, train, and motivate a finance team, with strong organizational and decision-making skills.

  6. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly and effectively to management and stakeholders.

  7. High level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical standards in handling confidential and sensitive financial information.

  8. Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively under pressure.

  9. Flexible and proactive in addressing challenges and implementing process improvements within the finance function.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php80,000.00 per month
